Mentorship Program

Our premiere event as an organization, the Women in Leadership Mentorship Program pairs successful leaders in business with amazing young women starting their careers. This groundbreaking, 6 month program connects female role models in business and helps women develop their leadership potential and build specific skill sets necessary to thrive as leaders in our businesses and local communities.

Through a series of informative workshops, one-on-one mentor-mentee sessions, women make a difference in each others’ lives and learn how to succeed in their careers and lives. We at Women in Leadership have designed this program to increase women’s participation in management or leadership positions in Canada through combining mentorship and leadership skills development.
