Mentor/Mentee Events

The Women in Leadership Mentorship Program provides both mentors and mentees with an opportunity to experience personal and professional growth. This program consists of:

• Group Mentorship and Networking through WIL events such as the Ontario or Montreal Women in Business Forum
• Workshops specifically designed for mentors to improve their leadership skills
• Workshops tailor-made to meet the mentees needs
• Roundtables (incl. one session showcasing local CEOs and one Career session with panel discussion featuring local employers)
• Certificate rewarded on completion
