This innovative program has been designed to benefit both mentees and mentors through professional leadership workshops, sharing circles, networking activities, diverse volunteer opportunities and traditional one-on-one mentorship.

Menteesemerging leaders — reported that they felt more prepared and better equipped for their future careers; they became more confident when interacting with women who are more established in their careers; and they benefited from a meaningful relationship with someone they saw as experienced and respected.

Mentorsexecutive business women and entrepreneurs — felt the benefits too. Participating in the program reinforced their connection with the community, and gave them a genuine feel-good about giving back because they saw how their contributions made a difference in someone's life. Seeing themselves through the eyes of a mentee and how much their wisdom was appreciated also brought them confidence in their own career paths and the choices they make. All this caused a hugely positive ripple effect with their families, employment and economy.

Both mentors and mentees will experience personal and professional growth from this fantastic six-month
(June – December) program by way of:

One-on-one mentorship
Guest speaker facilitated roundtable sessions with mentors and mentees (4)
Leadership skills workshops for mentors (2)
Skills building workshops for mentees (2)
