INNOVATIVE PROGRAM DESIGN This 6-month, ground-breaking program will connect you with female role models in the Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver business community, whom will advance your leadership skills and fast track your career through mentorship. Join over 180 participants across Canada as you develop one-on-one deep, personal relationships that lead to fresh thinking and empowerment.

WIL is dedicated to providing programs that inspire and celebrate success in every woman. In the 4 years of our national program, over 30% of participants were made up of immigrants and women of Aboriginal descent.
