Join the Alberta WIL Chapter for a session geared towards increasing your LinkedIn presense and thought leadership capabilities. Getting your LinkedIn profile aligned with your resume is a great way to get noticed when you are looking for that next promotion or new role.

Speaker Bios:

Penny Izlakar, WIL Calgary Chapter Co-Lead / Dirertor, Infrastructure Strategy & Modernization Program; Enbridge

Penny is incredibly passionate about people, their development, driving change and finding the perfect blend of role, culture and fit to help people be the best versions of themselves might be understatement. She loves mentoring, growing, and finding hidden talent in unexpected areas. Penny has an MBA specializing in International Business from Royal Roads University, a records, library and information background with 24 years experience focused on records management, IT governance and compliance, cybersecurity, audit, and risk across eight industries (nuclear, telecom software development, aviation, legal services, pharmaceutical, financial banking and oil and gas). Penny writes BLOGs focused on Career Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership and Mentoring as part of the WIL Alberta Chaper and her own website "The Izzy Way."

Angea D'Souza, Client Delivery Manager; Agilus

Angela is a passionate Client Delivery Manager at Agilus Work Solutions, a leading provider of staffing and recruitment solutions in Canada. She has close to 20 years of dedication to Recruitment and Staffing industry specializing in technical, contract and permanent recruitment.

Angela excels at establishing and maintaining client relationships, creating, and identifying opportunities that address client needs and building and delivering solutions that meet client expectations. She takes pride in building long lasting and strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect with both candidates and clients at all levels. She is also passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusivity in the work force. Her excellent customer service skills, domain expertise and dedicate are attributes that have led Angela to be very successful within the recruitment industry.
