Karae (pronounced car-A) White currently serves the students at the University of Victoria as a Career Educator. She primarily supports students in Engineering and Computer Science. She teaches them to write resumes, look for jobs and interview for employment. She achieved her Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta, Electronic Career Coach Certification, Career Development Practitioner Certification, and has started her Masters in Instructional Design at Athabasca University.

In her 20+ years of working as a Career Practitioner and owning Morgan Ebbett Career Services, Karae has provided 1 on 1 career and business coaching, designed curriculum, and delivered educational presentations across the country. Most notably for his Royal Highness King (prince at the time) Charles in partnership with Futurpreneur with a program focused on teaching retiring military members to start their own business.

Karae is driven to support people in finding their calling, often by facilitating career transitions. Lately, she has been implementing this skill set by focusing on the fourth industrial revolution, and the impact AI and machine learning will have on our careers.
