The Women in Leadership (WIL) Mentorship Program is designed to uplift, empower, and connect women leaders across diverse industries and career stages. This award-winning program supports emerging and experienced professionals who are ready to strengthen their leadership capacity, gain new perspectives, and build meaningful relationships within a powerful national network of mentors and peers.

In collaboration with our Emerging Leaders Placement Project funded in part by Canada Service Corps, WIL is proudly offering 20 scholarships to participants who identify as youth (ages 14-30) in the Emerging Leaders Placement Project Mentorship Program. More details here.
The Indigenous Youth Group Mentorship Program will launch in Spring 2026 with scholarships available to Indigenous youth (ages 14-30).
