Harj Sangha
Harj Sangha is a senior People and Culture leader with 18 years of expertise working alongside leaders to drive organizational objectives and growth. She is highly effective in scaling the workforce to meet strategic goals and revenue targets for multinational organizations, while leading high-functioning People and Culture teams that support programs for employee growth and development. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including construction, engineering, and technology. Harj currently works as an Employee Engagement Manager in the technology sector, where she leads people program initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement across the organization. Having spent much of her career in industries driven by male leadership, Harj has become deeply passionate about supporting women in leadership roles. She is dedicated to advancing the growth and development of women’s careers and skill sets, building lasting relationships and networks that empower women for long-term success.
