While your strong technical skills may have gotten you into a management position, it will be your emotional intelligence that will help you thrive there.

Drawing on the results of your personal EQ Leadership Report, you will learn the importance of emotional intelligence in effective leadership and leave with a better understanding of your strengths and areas to develop to enhance your leadership skills. Upon completion of this session, you will:

• Understand the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership

• Explore key areas of leadership in relation to emotional intelligence
