About the Event

WIL & Freshstarthub Present "Executive Presence" - Elevate your career with a executive career coach".

This is an incredible opportunity to listen to a panel discussion from three insightful leaders on the topic of Executive Presence.

How do you show up as a leader? Do you feel that you’re using your true, authentic voice, and are being heard?

Showing up as your unique self can be framed as one’s ability to tap into those things that matter most—our values, our strengths and weaknesses, our imprints, and inner sources of power. Being inclusive has become an important part to how professionals aspiring to the top are expected to lead in our current times. The way we communicate speaks volume about our ability to lead and influence.

During this panel discussion, Heather Stark, Founder & President of Stark Coaching, Cecilia Lui, Founder & Director of ILIA Connect and Samantha Paisley, a partner at PwC will share their insights on:

  • a framework to help identify your individual culture, and how to embrace your authentic voice to be heard and have impact.
  • the importance of the misalignment between our words and our actions and how that can easily discredit the executive presence we work hard to build.
  • the intercultural competence and the model of work that supports us on our journey in ensuring that we exude the inclusiveness we need to build trust and influence with those we lead.

So, why not join us for this virtual and interactive session at on Thursday Dec 1st. You will have great takeaways from this discussion.

Optional $15 contribution for this event will be directed to Canadian Mental Health Association.
