Bridge to Gender Equality Project: Info Session: Advancing Women in Leadership Policy and Toolkit Overview

Do you want to impact your workplace environment and create a more diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace? Sign up for an information session! The Women in Leadership Foundation (WIL) will be releasing Advancing Women in Leadership Policy and Toolkit in May during virtual information sessions, which all organizations are invited to attend.  The objective of the policy toolkit is to create a policy template for organizations to implement which will educate employees and shift the focus to removing any barriers limiting women’s full participation in the workforce by providing equal access to resources, career opportunities, leadership opportunities, reward and recognition.
