Keri Schwebius (Co-Chair) is a Certified Executive Coach and consultant with a Master of Arts in Leadership. She works with organizations and high achieving individuals who want to create better workplaces through effective leadership. She holds accreditations in change management, emotional intelligence, and team building. Keri has a genuine desire to make a positive change in the world, working with clients, as Co-Chair of Women in Leadership Saskatchewan and as Chair of the Board of Directors of CityKidz Regina.

Lyanne Campbell  (Co-Chair) is a business professional who has been nationally recognized and awarded on several occasions for the work she has completed or spear-headed in marketing.  She specializes in strategic marketing, public speaking, and facilitating mastermind groups. Over and above this, she is passionate about digging into data to uncover the stories it will tell, which can help businesses meet their organizational goals. Lyanne is closing her 28+ year career in the financial services industry and will be launching her consulting business “Blue Dragonfly Marketing Strategies Ltd.” in 2022.

Joanna Reece is the South Regional Director with Harvard Western Insurance, a general insurance brokerage that serves Regina & surrounding area. Joanna obtained her degree from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management. Joanna has a passion for leading teams by identifying efficiencies, leveraging strengths, and embracing the diversity everyone brings to the table.

After a successful career teaming with leaders from the front line to Executive and Board members at SaskTel and with non-profit organizations, Lillian Hicks is known for challenging the status quo by asking probing questions and connecting others with new information, research, people and ideas. She obtained her Bachelor of Administration at the University of Regina and continued to build her expertise in strategic management through the University of San Diego.  Lillian is passionate about making positive changes in our Saskatchewan community where we live, work and raise our families.

PAM SKOTNITSKY

Pam Skotnitsky is the Vice-President Strategy for Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL), the second largest company in Saskatchewan.  In her role as Vice-President Strategy, she is responsible for the leadership of specific corporate-wide initiatives of strategic importance, including the Energy Roadmap, Sustainability Strategy and Indigenous Business Development.  Pam also has executive oversight of the areas of: Customer Experience, Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, Organizational Performance, Government Relations, and Legal and Compliance functions. 

Pam pride’s herself in being a principled and values based leader that is committed to develop and inspire people to realize their full potential.

KERILYN VOIGT

As a Director, Strategy and Innovation, Kerilyn Voigt is leading the development of Saskatchewan Health Authority’s first Innovation program. Learning to work collaboratively and virtually has been a key part of Kerilyn’s work in recent years, as she lives in North Battleford, SK, leads a team of specialists working from home across the province, and collaborates with colleagues and leaders in all parts of the health system in all parts of the province. Her 20-year career has included work in government and health sector communications, quality improvement, facilitation, strategic planning, and innovation.

Linda Brochert is the Manager, Corporate Auto Fund Technical Training for SGI.   She has her MBA through the University of Regina and has a strong passion for leadership development, culture development and diversity & inclusion.   Although Linda has had a variety of leadership roles in both IT and HR throughout her career, her most valued accomplishment is promoting development in others
