Linda Mota is a dynamic HR executive, certified leadership coach, and the founder of Topanga HR Consulting and Topanga Leadership & Coaching Co., where she and her team provide HR consulting services and Leadership training and coaching. She empowers businesses and emerging leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries, she brings deep expertise in organizational culture, compliance, and people strategy. As the Montreal Chapter Chair for the Women in Leadership Foundation, Linda leads local initiatives that uplift women and youth through community partnerships, volunteer engagement, and leadership development programs. Passionate about creating meaningful change, she is committed to helping individuals and organizations rise with purpose and impact.

Urmi Hossain is a Bengali-Italian finance professional based in Montreal, holding both the CFA and CAIA designations. She is deeply passionate about women's empowerment, leadership, and mentorship, and actively advocates for diversity and inclusion. Beyond finance, she is an author and public speaker, dedicated to inspiring others to embrace their voice and potential. Urmi now serves as Co-Chair of Women in Leadership Montreal, where she is committed to empowering women and fostering a strong community of leaders.

She specializes in talent attraction, onboarding, retention, and employer branding. With over eight years of experience across international and mission-driven organizations — particularly in the health, finance, and non-profit sectors — she currently champions Talent Acquisition initiatives across North America at Innocap. Passionate about emotional intelligence and workplace collaboration, she is committed to advancing women’s leadership and mentoring future professionals.
