Bridge to Gender Equality Project: Info Session: Transforming the Workplace Report Overview

Do you want to impact your workplace environment and create a more diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace? Sign up for an information session! The Women in Leadership Foundation (WIL) will be releasing The Bridge to Gender Equality Report during the April 20th virtual information session, which all organizations are invited to attend. This report provides a business case for employers to build on their organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and procedures specifically to amend policies and procedures to support more women applying for leadership and decision-making positions. 

In addition to the report, a Women in Leadership Policy & Toolkit will be released to organizations during May information sessions.
