Career Development "Building Bridges into STEM"

Victoria chapter is facilitating a Career Development Webinar hosted by Women In Leadership (WIL) in collaboration with iWIST (Island Women in Science and Technology). The panel will be comprised of 4 panelist who will share their journey into STEAM and provide guidance on how women can advance and/or pivot in their career by getting micro-credentials, upskilling, reskilling etc… as a way to build a bridge into STEAM regardless of what their background and current skill set is as well as support Industry on the employer level.
