About the Event
Session 1: Foundations of Leadership & Inclusive Mindsets
This first mentorship session explores what leadership means in real-world and youth contexts, with a focus on inclusive leadership and why it matters.
Through insights from our panelists, mentees will reflect on their own strengths, values, and leadership style, and learn how to show up confidently in teams, workplaces, and communities.
Mentees will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance through a shared Google document to help shape the discussion. The session will conclude with a live Q and A for open conversation and engagement.
By the end of the session, participants will better understand inclusive leadership, identify their personal strengths, and leave with practical actions to continue growing as leaders.
