This 45-minute experiential webinar offers women in leadership a pause in the workday—an opportunity to unplug from constant demands and reconnect with themselves and one another.
Rather than a traditional lecture-style webinar, this session is a guided, connective experience focused on emotional wellness and self-leadership. Drawing from an innovative blend of therapy, coaching, body awareness, and nature-based practices, participants will explore how emotional intelligence, presence, and self-regulation support clearer leadership, stronger relationships, and sustainable performance.
Together, we will slow down, build connection, and engage in simple, accessible practices that support emotional wellbeing in real time.
