This March, we reflect on International Women’s Day’s 2026 theme ~ Give to Gain: the idea that when we generously share support, wisdom, mentorship, and resources with women, we all rise together.

And when I think about a woman who embodies that principle in action - who gives her expertise, her time, and her voice to help other women better understand themselves ~ Michele immediately came to mind.
