On December 1, Women in Leadership Foundation, in partnership with IBM Canada, will be hosting their third gender diversity virtual storytelling event, highlighting representation issues within IT organizations. The pandemic has turned working landscape on its head. It has disproportionately affected women. Work from home has become the new norm. As we lead, how do we ensure those who choose to work from home are not left behind and not overlooked for promotions?
