Dear WIL Community,
As the year 2022 draws to a close, we have taken time for reflection. Together with our
amazing team, we have shared our successes with 33 events, including 5 Indigenous Leadership Circle events, a record 155 participants in our WIL Mentorship Program, our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Forum, our Bridge to Gender Equality Summit, along with the completion of our Indigenous Leadership Circle Project led by a team of Indigenous and non-Indigenous women, and our fast-growing WIL community of over 165,000+ from Canada and the US. We are immensely grateful to all those who have supported WIL over the past year and our heartfelt thanks for your remarkable contributions to our successes in a huge year of growth for our organization.
We wish that you are surrounded by peace, joy and warmth this holiday season. May you enjoy magical moments connecting with family and friends and find time for meaningful reflection and rejuvenating self-care.
Warm wishes for Happy Holidays and a wonderful New Year!
