Arfa is a passionate advocate for public service innovation, women’s empowerment,
and sustainable career navigation, with extensive experience across public service,
non-profits, and academic institutions. As a first-generation immigrant and international
professional with over a decade of service in the public sector, she brings a unique
perspective to her work, championing equitable opportunities and inclusive leadership.
She has collaborated with organizations such as the Women in Leadership
Foundation, Halton Newcomer Strategy Group, MAX—Muslims Achieving Excellence,
and UN Global Compact Network Canada to advance gender equity and empower
women in the workforce.
Committed to community impact, Arfa actively serves on local boards and initiatives to
enhance equitable work environments and foster transformative opportunities for
underrepresented groups. Her expertise in strategic engagement and future-of-work
advocacy continues to shape programs that equip individuals to navigate complex
career landscapes sustainably while driving systemic change.
