Vera Doroshenko

Vera Doroshenko is passionate about building systems that let people and teams focus on what matters most. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit operations, program coordination, and community building, she brings a deep commitment to creating infrastructure that drives meaningful impact.

Her background spans community engagement, CRM systems, automation, reporting, and operational leadership across mission-driven organizations. She thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and purpose — and believes that strong systems are what allow great work to happen.

Outside of work, Vera is an adventurer at heart. She spent two years living in a self-built camper van, traveling through almost every US state and across Canada from coast to coast. She is multilingual, speaks three languages, and is endlessly curious about people, cultures, and what makes communities work.

As IT Systems & Placement Coordinator with the Women in Leadership Foundation, Vera is excited to bring her operational expertise and passion for impact to the Emerging Leaders Placement Project — building the systems that connect young leaders with the opportunities they deserve.
