Supriya Daswani - Placement Coordinator & Marketing Lead

Supriya is a marketing leader who has spent the last decade helping startups and small businesses build sustainable marketing and growth strategies. She believes that great marketing starts with a deep understanding of the customer: their needs, challenges, and motivations. By putting the customer at the center of every decision, she helps businesses create marketing strategies that attract the right audience and drive long-term growth. Her expertise spans the entire customer journey, from helping people discover a brand to turning them into loyal customers.

Supriya is incredibly excited to be stepping into the role of Marketing Lead at the Women in Leadership Foundation, where she is helping build the Emerging Leaders Placement Project. She is passionate about connecting incredible youth volunteers with equally incredible Canadian non-profit organizations, creating meaningful opportunities for young leaders to gain experience while helping charities expand their impact. As a woman in technology, she is deeply committed to advancing women in every stage of their personal and professional lives. Through her work with the Women in Leadership Foundation, she hopes to help create more opportunities for women to connect, grow, lead, and thrive.

Outside of work, Supriya enjoys staying active on the tennis court, spending quality time with her family, and exploring new destinations around the world. A firm believer that adventure doesn't stop with parenthood, she recently travelled through Hong Kong and Thailand with her four-month-old daughter. She is looking forward to more trips in 2026!
