Audra Kornicki – Project Coordinator

Behind every successful program is a strong foundation of systems, strategy and thoughtful problem-solving, and that's exactly what Audra Kornicki brings to the Women in Leadership Foundation as the new Project Coordinator.

Her background spans recruitment operations, analytics and reporting, and creating the internal tools teams end up relying on daily. She is especially interested in what AI makes possible when pointed at real operational problems rather than treated as a novelty: pulling scattered data into one place, cutting reporting from days to minutes, and building tools that would otherwise never get built.

Audra takes complex problems apart and makes them simpler. Her work sits in systems: the CRMs, applicant tracking systems, dashboards, and automated workflows that quietly determine whether a program runs well or runs on someone's memory.

As Project Coordinator with the Women in Leadership Foundation, she brings that systems thinking to the Transforming Workplace Opportunities extension project, building the learning platform, dashboards, and documentation behind Pathways to Placement so participants get a clean experience and the team has the evidence to show the work is landing.

Underneath the technical work is a persistent curiosity about people and why they make the decisions they do, which shapes how she designs processes. Systems that ignore human behaviour tend to get worked around, so she builds ones that account for it.

Outside of work, Audra gardens, keeps koi, and is drawn to arboriculture and botany, music and the arts.
