Theresa Ito is the principal owner of Blue Mountain Solutions, a customer service and leadership training company. She is an enthusiastic and energetic trainer, speaker and consultant who uses her experiences to inspire change within leaders and colleagues. Theresa has over 30 years of international hospitality experience and has trained teams in Canada, Mexico, England, Jamaica, Maui and California.

 Meet Tessa, the Founder/Director of KWENCH, a Victoria-based, but globally ambitious work & culture club. A passionate believer in the power of human connection and the importance of creating space where people feel like they belong, Tessa leads the 3rd wave of coworking by offering us the much desired multi-service work club experience.   

 A serial culture/community instigator, Tessa has established civic award-winning initiatives, spearheaded cultural festivals and events, was dubbed “The Queen of Culture” by Douglas Magazine and won The Forum’s first annual Force To Be Reckoned With award.  She is an environmentalist, a women’s advocate and an inclusivity warrior who continuously considers the social and environmental impact of all she does. #responsiblehuman 

 Tessa has two fabulous young humans, a fuzzy pug, an Australian accent and a playful earring addiction. She was once a professional performer and hopes to one day do a triathlon without having it suck the whole way through.

Alexandra Dawes, Virtual CFO Solutions - www.virtualcfo.ca

Alex started her accounting career working in public practice in Victoria, BC focusing on Canadian and cross border tax. She eventually moved into a senior role with a virtual accounting firm where she found her passion in helping startups while completing her CPA. Since then, Alex founded the company, Virtual CFO Solutions, and has been helping startups and tech companies with all things finance. Her focus is on Victoria based businesses but can work with companies across Canada on a remote basis.
