What does it mean to be resilient? How do we “bounce back” from disappointments, setbacks and failures in our leadership journey? More importantly, how do we build our resilience for the challenges, change and uncertainty that life is throwing our way right now?
The year 2020 has offered us the opportunity AND the reckoning to learn more about our own resilience. This year of collective vulnerability has exposed the cracks in our system and taken us on a wild ride that we didn’t sign up for. Now is the time to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and set our intentions for understanding and practicing resilience in ways that work for us.
